Make sure you have a consistent conditioning routine, including exercises that strengthen and stabilise your whole body, to help support yourself while on pointe.
  2. You have the correct shoe for you. It's important to have the right pointe shoes to ensure proper support and alignment. Make sure you have been fitted by a professional and are wearing the correct size and type of shoe for your foot and level of training.
  3. You have a positive attitude. Starting pointe work can be challenging and it's important to have a positive attitude and be open to constructive feedback from your teachers. Remember to celebrate your progress and always stay motivated and dedicated.
