What To Expect

No need to find a baby sitter! Join Tamara and Gemma, two professional ballerinas, in our bright and beautiful Brisbane studio for Ballet and Bubs, a ballet class designed to be both a workout for you, and engaging for baby. This class requires no dance experience and is perfect for beginners! We will begin with a slow and welcoming stretch, then move to the barre for strengthening and ballet technique, followed by ballet choreography in the centre to really get the body moving and the brain engaged. Set to beautiful classical music, you will truly be amazed at what a good ballet class can do for both the mind and body.

Yoga mat or towel
Baby Carrier
Water bottle
Any baby items you need

Class cost - $22
Class duration - 1 hour.
Location - 21 Knowles Street, Auchenflower

After class we welcome you to stay around to get to know the other parents over a coffee and refreshment.
